Kyungheon Lee is the 2025 recipient of the DAC Artist. His debut play, Rabbit Hunting, won The Hankook Ilbo New Year’s Literary Contest. Since his promising debut in 2023, Lee’s works have been applauded for his delicate yet solid writing style. Rooted in keen insight and warm empathy, his focus is on the minds of those left behind in the aftermath, rather than the incident itself. This new piece will be the third in a trilogy of his plays about suicide survivors and their surroundings, following Making the Study Marry and The Emotion Lab.
