The plotline of the musical The DEVIL is based on Goethe’s classic novel 'Faust'. The DEVIL is a Korean musical created by Gina Lee, who has made a name directing productions that include La Cage Aux Folles, Jesus Christ Superstar, and Gwanghwamun Younga. Composers Woody Pak and Jihye Lee contributed to the musical as well. The combination of rock and classical music performed by live bands and vocals by actors with outstanding singing abilities is more than enough to exhilarate audiences.
