DAC Artist 
DAC Artist is a program dedicated to discovering and selecting young artists and supporting their creative endeavors.

DAC Artist Hae-youl Bae writes stories about goodwill toward others in present-day incidents, both significant and minor, based on an understanding of humanity. He portrays the lives of the neglected who try to be good toward others while remaining aware of the violence and hatred that people unwittingly commit.

Bae focuses on unexplained deaths of soldiers, victims of industrial accidents at semiconductor factories, sexual minorities, people with disabilities, otters that have lost their habitat due to urban development, laborers who have lost their jobs to artificial intelligence, and other individuals who are disappearing from society. Bae remembers the victims of social tragedies and explores the possibility of solidarity among those left behind in the wake of disaster.
