As a remake of the original play by Director Jang Jin, which was first performed in 1997,  < Taxi Driver > tells the story of Deokbae who works as a taxi driver after he moves to Seoul with his Class 1 Driver’s license, the only qualification he can boast of. Owing to a questionable handbag left behind in his taxi by a passenger, he dreams of going back to his naive past. The play humorously describes the appearance of modern people living in a desolate city.
