The musical Gon, The Busker was selected to receive production support as an excellent performance
under the 2014 creative musical supporting program by Arts Council Korea. The musical is written,
composed, and directed by Park Yong-cheon, who received awards for Best Script and Best Musical
Score with the musical Audition at the 2011 Korea Musical Awards. Gon, The Busker tells the story
of the busker Choi Gon and his band, who are street music performers preparing for an audition.
